Barnet H. Epstein

Barnet was born in Elizabeth, NJ on July 23, 1922. He attended Union Junior College and Rutgers University, where he received his LL.B. in 1947. While a Senior at Rutgers, Mr. Epstein was Associate Editor of the Rutgers Law School Law Review.

Mr. Epstein was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1948 and the U.S. Supreme Court in 1955. He was a member of the Board of Education of Elizabeth, NJ from 1964 to 1976 where he served as President from 1972 to 1974; a member of the Union County Bar from 1964 to 1967, where he served as Chairman of the Ethics Committee in 1966; a member on the Board of Trustees of the New Jersey State Bar Council from 1973 to 1978 where he served as President from 1977 to 1978; sat on the Supreme Court District Fee Arbitration Committee from 1979 to 1980 and the New Jersey Judicial Conference from 1971 to 1980; and the American Bar Association.

Mr. Epstein specializes in the practice areas of Real Estate Law, Municipal Land Use Law, Commercial Law, and Corporate Transactions Law.
