H. Harding Brown

Harding was born in New York, NY on August 2, 1923. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Union University in 1943 and his LL.B. from New York University in 1948. Harding was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar in 1949 and recognized as a Counsellor in 1954. The following year he was admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court.

Mr. Brown is a member of the Union County Bar Association, where he served as President from 1963 to 1964, the New Jersey State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and both the National and New Jersey Chapters of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks.

Harding specializes in Real Estate Law, Financial Law, Municipal Land Use Law, Corporate Transactions, and Development and Joint Venture Transactions.
