Joseph A. Gioia

Joe was born in New York City on May 24, 1946 and received his B.A. from Brooklyn College in 1968 and his J.D. from St. John’s University in 1972. He was admitted to practice in New York in 1973, New Jersey and the U.S. District Court, Eastern and Southern Districts of New York in 1975, the U.S. District Court, New Jersey in 1986, and Pennsylvania in 1991.

Mr. Gioia was a faculty member at the New York University Real Estate Institute from 1979 to 1983 and has been a guest lecturer at the International Council of Shopping Centers. He is a member of the American Bar Association.

Mr. Gioia specializes in the practice areas of Real Estate Law, Banking Law, and Finance Law.
