Patrick B. Sprouls

Patrick was born in Passaic, New Jersey on May 27, 1953. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgetown University in 1975 and his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall in 1980.

Patrick is was admitted to practice in New Jersey in 1980 and in New York in 1990. He is a member of the New Jersey State, New York State and American Bar Associations.

Mr. Sprouls specializes in the areas of Real Estate Law, Finance Law, Municipal Land Use Law, Commercial Leasing, Foreclosures, and Workouts.
